Kolton Chapman found Phil one morning on the Los Muertos Pier. Phil sneaks away as often as he can to test his jigs for whatever is in the area and Kolton was trying his luck as well. Phil knew that Kolton was a dedicated fisherman and they shared fish stories as is done by everyone who loves to fish. Kolton gave Phil a dry fly that he had tied and Phil still has this on his hat. Well, after some heavy fish talk, Kolton was determined to take a charter for something a step above the pier species. He found a fellow vacationer at his hotel and tracked Phil down by e-mail and arranged to take a day with his Dad and new buddy.
